Our wall panels are made up from renewable natural materials. We use natural material wood mixed with cement and water, then our special production technology and decades of experience allow us to construct visually striking buildings for our clients – all insulation boards are unique and distinctive. All of our walls are able to withstand heavy loads and the installation process is very simple because it is so easy to handle, it requires less machinery and labour hours so therefore keeping the cost low whilst you are still gaining the best eco-friendly building system on the market.
We have been using this specially developed production process for over 50 years and can see clear advantages our product has compared to other walling solutions. Such as it is fit for universal use, processable like wood, fire-resistant, noise insulating, thermally insulating, suitable lathing, weather-resistant, and can be made to the clients’ exact measurements.
Single layer boards for creating formwork to support exterior and interior walls with no special requirements for thermal and sound insulation.
Single layer boards with high density and high dynamic stiffness for the creation of formwork supporting exterior and interior walls with increased demands for sound insulation.
Double-layer boards with 35 mm thick and a panel of expanded polystyrene for creating shuttering load-bearing external walls with priority for thermal insulation.
Double-layer boards, made up of VELOX WS boards, 35 mm thick and a panel of gray polystyrene with the addition of graphite for creating permanent formwork for load-bearing external walls, with very high priority on thermal insulation.
The VELOX reveal strips are precisely cut to 50mm thickness and are used to create the horizontal and vertical door and window jambs in supporting walls.
VELOX insulated reveal strips are based on precisely cut boards of VELOX WS with thickness of 50 mm (standard reveal strips).
They ensure fixation of board position in outside and inside casing of walls, also serving to lay and join of each casing board on each other in vertical position of both coating.
Used with ceiling modules to reinforce rib ceilings (placed between each ceiling module spanning from supporting wall to wall)
Suitable for creating interior non-bearing partition walls (single, double, combined). They are manufactured in two basic thicknesses of 75 and 100 mm, and by gluing together two VELOX WS boards. The resulting product is a solid partition with a thickness of 75 or 100 mm.
Soundproofing of non-bearing VELOX partition walls are intended for use in rooms where the requirement for sound insulation is a minimum of 42 dB.
